Physical forms are needed for Football players on Peewee, JV and Varsity only.  They are not needed for Cheerleaders.  Physical forms are due the first week of practices (First week of August)

If you would like to register thru the mail.  Please print of the attached Registration form and mail with a check payalbe to BDYF to PO Box 42, Brunswick, Ohio 44212.

Referrals

For every player your refer to BDYF, you will recieve $5 as our way of saying thanks promoting BDYF.  Just have them put your name on their registration form under "Referred by".  $5 will be paid out after first week of games so long as new player is still playing.
